Abstract

The present work has as objective the analysis of human rights, primarily from an analytical bias of contemporary and later, bringing the perspective of critical theory of human rights. To assist in this goal, it employs a literary-cinematic analysis and contribution of the movie chronicles of Narnia: The Voyage of the Dawn Treader, in order to use (as an illustration) some elements of the film (and its metaphor) to conduct an approach and reflection of the reality they are human rights in Western modernity. Characterized the current period as the trip (paradigm shift) to the dawn of human rights, and the paradigm of post-modernity and social skills and multicultural citizenship. For this you need rescuing, the paradigm shift that trip, the seven nobles (principled) of brand new paradigm of social life, lost in space-time witch of modernity.
