This article aims to promote a reflective thinking from language teachers about the use of digital technologies as pedagogical artifacts. This is a field research, which is a case study, and it analyzed the pedagogical practices of fourteen teachers from seven public schools in the south of Minas Gerais. The results showed that teachers still find it difficult to rely on digital technologies as mediators of language teaching, and when they do, they do not demonstrate security for their choices. There is evidence of the fragility in the initial and continued formation of these teachers. Therefore, the present work presents in its conclusion the outline of a workshop to the participating teachers, with the purpose of contributing to the reflexive critical formation around the use of digital technologies as pedagogical artifact.Downloads
